Recently we had an issue with our older water softening system not shutting off after hours. Advance was able to put me in touch with one of their technicians who talked me through the procedure to temporarily remedy the situation. Advance then sent out technicians who tested the water, and advised installing a filter system due to the presence of arsenic in our water. We received a cost estimate within a few days, and installation of the system was done shortly thereafter. They completed the job in four hours. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The entire affair was a positive experience. We were extremely pleased with Advance and would not hesitate to refer the company to friends and associates.
